ExxonMobil Lubricants & Specialties operates 2 lube blending plants, located in Tianjin and Taicang, which supply more than 80% of our finished lube requirements for China. A well-developed national network of several hundred distributors markets our products in their respective areas.

Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing

After initial on boarding program, successful candidates will either be assigned to a front line sales representative role or front line field Engineering support role:

- Develop business plans to meet established objectives, and implement the sales processes

- Lead and direct distributors' sales force in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives

- Steward business relationships with key customers, channels and distributors

- Effectively allocate and manage company resources and assets assigned to support the implementation of the sales plan

- In conjunction with Customer Services and the Distributor Business Development group, manage credit performance of direct customers

- Take responsibility for maintaining our License to Operate, ensuring

- Provide onsite engineering services to protect key existing accounts.

- Work with front-line sales colleagues to develop new industrial and automotive customers.

- Develop technical presentation materials and conduct training to new technical and sales employees, customers and distributors on product knowledge, applications and programs

- In compliance with assigned work order, to operate equipment in the process halls for product demonstration and / or equipment in the laboratories for product analysis for data generation

- Record all data accurately and in compliance with relevant management systems including OIMS and DIAF

- Carry out daily operations checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure high degree of operability and reliability

- Responsible for ensuring that the Operating & Maintenance Procedures for the equipment assigned to him / her are kept current and accurately represents the conditions under which the equipment operates. If not, he / she should initiate the appropriate management of change to enable the procedure to be revised, reviewed and approved in a timely manner

-Abide with all safety, security and Controls procedures and practices to ensure site security and Controls, personal safety and safety of co-workers and visitors

-Operate equipment in accordance with prescribed operating procedures and protocols in a safe and environmentally sound manner

-Carry out operations checks on equipment to ensure equipment consistently has high level of operational reliability. Report if equipment reliability, accuracy or calibration is suspect

-Review and propose update of operational procedures as needed

-Provide accurate data to Technology ATD engineers relevant to the task at hand

-Comply with all OIMS systems including issuing of work permits under OIMS 6.2 Work Permit

-Under the guidance of the Laboratory Supervisor, work in partnership with Technology - ATD engineers / equipment owners to develop and implement testing programs

Technology Manager

- Support the development of molding, simulation and instrumented tooling capability in our Shanghai Technology Center

- Conduct injection molding-related application development and use simulation / modeling as effective tools to support various business units

- Provide demonstrations and training to our technology team, sales team and customers

- Work with our global technology organization in US and Europe for simulation support and development programs

Bank Accountant / Analyst

o Ensure that all Network Bank interfaces are recorded in the financial systems and that the bank accounts are reconciled in a timely manner, including the upload of bank statements for non-Network banks

o Investigate and follow-up reconciling items with end users in various departments and countries to ensure prompt clearance of outstanding items

○ Ensure that all accounting aspects of intercompany transactions are properly and timely recorded as per accounting standards managing the different system operated for the intercompany process, including review of interface reports and follow up on exceptions

○ Prepare and analyze account reconciliations for assigned accounts for ExxonMobil accounting

○ Manage the detailed fixed assets registers in the financial system. This included common daily fixed asset transaction recording, month and year end financial close activities and analyze information from the financial system to respond to periodic requests from the Tax Department and others

○ Initiate follow up with project engineers on inactive projects and monitor / facilitate physical verification programs and assist in reconciliations
Financial Accounting & Reporting Analyst

○ Report monthly earnings and quarterly financial statements to corporate headquarters, including analysis and follow up with business contacts

○ Ensure the completeness and the accuracy of the financial records and their compliance with the ExxonMobil US and local statutory accounting standards

○ Coordinate and participate in the month-end-close process, which includes data integrity checks, internal cost allocations, inventory valuations, foreign exchange revaluations and income tax postings

Job Description

Responsible for day-to-day credit management operations, controls and other ad hoc / special projects as required.

* Perform daily credit operations in accordance with credit guidelines / procedures

– Evaluate customer’s credit worthiness

– Assign risk category and credit limit to the customer

– Maintain credit master in GEMS / other ERP system

– Re-assess existing customer according to defined review schedule per risk category

* Conduct customer visit, as required, to obtain information for credit evaluation and to resolve credit issues
